Appointment Clerk: Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year office experience, computer experience and be able to communicate in both English and Spanish, both orally and written. Professional phone etiquette is required to make appointments and manage or refer calls.
Center Manager: Applicants must have a CPR certification, minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a clinic or hospital setting, general knowledge on the use of computers, and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish, both orally and written. Must have the flexibility to work extended hours, be available on evenings and weekends, and to be on call as needed.
Center Operations Assistant: Applicants must have a minimum 2 years of experience in health care management, working with policies and procedures. Experience in chart review for compliance with protocols and state/federal regulations is required. Medical billing experience and experience in phlebotomy are preferred. Strong English and Spanish skills, both orally and written, are required. Looking for someone who is self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Fiscal Assistant: Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, and monitoring of expenses on a month to month basis. Experience billing grant budgets is preferred.
Health Care Assistant: Applicants must have experience in phlebotomy, billing and front desk work. Requires general computer knowledge, communication in English and Spanish, both orally and written. Must have the flexibility to work extended hours, be available on evenings and weekends and be on call as needed.
Quality Management/Risk Management Coordinator: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Business Communication, Public Administration or related field, completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program is preferred, with a license to practice in the state, a minimum of two years of risk and quality management experience is preferred, and computer experience required.
